"Staff were professional and friendly"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Ward 3E (MAU/Unscheduled Care) The Ulster Hospital / Ward 6B

(as a service user),

Come in with jaundice and had blood tests showing high levels, spent a week getting tests to find out why, then a liver biopsy. Staff were professional and friendly, making my 16 day stay easier.

Only improvement is the dinner menu, most meals were more suited to someone "older" and the meals like pasta, veg pizza and lasagna were only ever offered once each

Thank you for your very kind comments, I will share with ward team as it is always a very welcome morale boost for staff to hear they have made someone's stay a little less stressful.

It is nice to hear you had a positive experience with the exception of the menu at times.
