"Awful GP Surgery"

I am very unhappy with this GP practice.

Reception staff are lovely apart from one lady, she seems to delight in being obnoxious.

When you’re feeling poorly, a smile helps I don’t think she’s able to. She is the older one.

The waiting room is cold and unwelcoming. I don’t know about the doctors. I haven’t seen the same one twice. I’m changing Drs now because I am so fed up with it.

I had an appointment the other day I came 10 minutes early. There was a huge queue so I walked up to the desk and asked? Could they book me in? It was the lady who I was just talking about. She told me to go to the back of the queue consequently it was 10 minutes past my appointment by the time I got there. Why don’t you have a booking in screen.
