"Amazing team"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Medical Ambulatory Care

(as a relative),

My dad was advised by the GP to attend the medical ambulatory care unit following episodes of chest pain.

The staff within ambulatory care were so efficient, he had bloods and ECG obtained very quickly. They were very kind and so approachable.

He was reviewed by the consultant very quickly and was lucky enough to be discharged back home on the same day.

I know the stress and pressure they are constantly under, but they really made a huge difference to my dad’s care and I will be forever grateful to them.

Dear EM xo xo xo,

Thank you for sharing your experience of University Hospital Wishaw, Medical Ambulatory Care.

I am so pleased to hear about the efficiency of the staff in the unit, ensuring all required tests were done for your dad and that the staff were friendly and approachable.

I will ensure your kind words are passed on to the whole team who I am sure will get a real boost in hearing your lovely feedback, particularly as you have pointed out, during a time of stress and pressure.

I hope your dad is recovering well.

Best Wishes,

Jenni
