I recently attended the Golden Jubilee for an Endoscopy and would like to thank the team for the way I was cared for throughout my visit. Everything was explained to me clearly and although the department was extremely busy, the whole process was very efficient. Thank you for looking after me and reassuring me during the procedure and for ensuring I had a positive experience at what can be a worrying time.
