For more than a year my husband has had numerous outpatients appointments at different departments within the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. Due to his severe mobility issues we had to park as close as possible to the various depts. Over the last year on contacting by phone the relevant staff re parking we found them always extremely understanding & helpful. On arriving at car park area 1e the system worked perfectly with the car park attendant expecting us & who directed us where to go & speedily found a wheelchair for him which was essential. He was very polite, friendly & so helpful. This happened each & every time we have visited the hospital.
A stressful situation was greatly eased by the smooth operation. We would like to give our grateful thanks to all concerned.
