My dad got discharged from Doncaster hospital, was told he was to be re-admitted back to hospital, he wouldn’t go back in so they put him on the virtual ward so he was treated at home, couldn’t ask for a more lovely team, the care he got was fantastic, I cannot thank them enough for all the care they gave to him.
