"Excellent care"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / General surgery (Wards 9a, 9b, 9c & 9d) Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Initial Assessment Unit

(as a relative),

Big shout out for the fabulous team at the Immediate assessment unit, who cared for my father-law recently. Natilie, Lindsay and Catherine, you were all Fab as were the great HCSW.

You worked non stop with a smile and a bit if banter, which put us all at ease whilst dealing with a very busy department.

He was then moved to Ward 9c, where the care is equally as fabulous, thank you S/N Katie for you kindness.

Thank you so much!

Dear Sheila583

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide this lovely feedback. It means so much to staff who work hard to provide the care that our patients deserve.

I will be sure to pass this on to the staff in the immediate assessment unit and Ward 9c.

I hope that your father in law is getting better and wish him well for his onward recovery.

Best wishes,

Debbie Macintyre.
