"I felt very well looked after"

As someone who has rarely had to use a GP my expectations were that it would be impossible to get an appt.

But when I rang on Christmas eve I was given an appointment that very day, and was then referred straight to City hospital by my GP.

I really felt the GP saw my concern as important and was invested in finding a resolution, and I can't thank him enough for the efforts he went to (speaking to the hospital, referrals, advice) to help my health improve.
