David, Senior Staff Nurse, assisted by Laura and Lynda. Made me feel relaxed and comfortable. They were professional and knowledgeable in their approach and during the process. David explained the process and the after care. I did not feel rushed. I was also provided with paper information on the after care.
Their approach gave me total confidence in the removal of a skin lesion.
Laura took the time to show me the way out of the unit, as the room was situated down a long, winding corridor. This again was done in a caring, respectful manner.
If I had to go through another removal of a skin lesion, I would not be anxious.
