"Car parking"

About: New Cross Hospital

Having known the car parking situation, we got here a good 50 mins before appointment and in the end, with the queues being ridiculous, i went into the hospital by myself whilst my husband went elsewhere. Walking to outpatients, there were disabled spaces and clear spaces available at p2 and next but the barrier wasnt letting cars go in. This is not the first time i have rang the car park buzzer to tell them that spaces were there but we were queuing up round the block! This needs looking at as something isnt working
