"Pleasant jab experience"

I had made a booking for the pneumonia jab i checked in was seen very promptly i was told that my shoulder might ache for a while and have mild cough flu like symptoms the jab was administered and then i asked if there were any other jabs i might be eligable for and was told i could have the shingles jab i was unsure so the nurse came in and explained about it and reassured me i should have it and my next move will be to book an appointment to have it done i felt my concerns had been dealt with efficiently and professionally
