"Apprehensive about going for surgery"

Was very apprehensive due to past experiences with NHS in Greater Glasgow.

From start to finish in Tayside, service has been second to none with any negative thought put to rest through being kept in the loop at all times but most importantly having the belief that i was in the best hands from first diagnosis to final surgery.

Also should mention all the unseen staff who are part of the team who mostly we are not aware of but who contributed to my treatment and laid any fears to rest which in itself made me more calm and reassured to place myself in the hands of others.

Only negative was my surgery was around halloween and was a bit disappointed that no one made the effort to dress up as they were in medical attire so i couldn't tell who was really the doctor or just a guiser, or maybe they did and i was just hallucinating under anaesthetic
