"Ward was in chaos"

About: Newham General Hospital

(as a relative),

Patient transferred to plashet ward.

High risk of catching infections. Ward was in chaos. Dirty...food left on the ward floors. Whiteboards full of dust. Not enough space for nurse to do checks on the patient, staff very rude and not caring to patients.. no one on top of cleaning bed sheets. 

Staff on the desk were unprofessional and taking about how they couldn't be bothered as they hadn't had a break. Patients walking around and entering wards ..no nurses at all station on the ward..
