(as a service user),

I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff who looked after me in the MRI department at the cancer centre, city hospital Belfast. 

They went above and beyond for me and the care I received was excellent. Thank you

I am the MRI Lead Radiographer in the City Hospital. I wanted to thank you for taking the time to leave such kind comments about our service and your experience.
