"Hospital day procedures and stay"

I would like to commend services in causeway hospital:

Dr Douglas (consultant):

I have had many encounters with hospital Dr's but Dr Douglas is definitely in a league of his own! His bedside manner is amazing, his interest in the individual exceptional, his attention to detail and his caring way with words are exemplary!  He has the unique ability to make you feel like you are his only patient!

Dr Douglas's secretary, Helen: 

Just as caring and interested in the individual plus nothing is a bother for Helen, she also has that ability to make you feel like you are their only patient!

Gyne Ward

I had occasion to be on this ward twice recently. The later stay was for 7days.

Grainne, ward manager: 

Kind caring and very friendly.

Terry, ward sister:

Kind, great listener, sees the person not just the patient, extremely knowledgeable and very good at her job! 

Tracy, ward sister: 

Patient, very caring, helpful, understanding and always smiling!

Katie, staff nurse:

Thoughtful and professional, taking time to listen. 

Robin, staff nurse:

Bright and bubbly.

Louzia, staff nurse: 

Extremely thorough,  misses nothing. 

Most of the staff on the Gyne ward are great.   

At a time when there is so much pressure on NHS services, I can honestly say that I received the best treatment both before and after surgery.   So, I'd like to say a huge thank you, for the fantastic care and attention!  God bless you all for your dedication!
