Yesterday, 28 th Jan I was taken poorly so my daughter brought me to Russell Hall A and E department. From the time of checking in and to leaving, the care,kindness and attention shown by all of the staff was incredible.
Despite being so busy , they were so efficient and never lost there cool at some quite impatient patients.
I am so grateful to all the medical staff and I say a big thank you to you all.
The NHS at its best.
