"I cannot speak too highly of the care and attention I received"

About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as the patient),

On Tuesday morning end of January 2025 I had severe pains in chest and upper arms and I dialled 999.

The ambulance and two paramedics, Catherine and her partner, arrived within 15 minutes and in a very friendly but professional manner

Proceeded to carry out tests including ECGs and adminstered a spray under my tongue which gave some relief. After some time they took me in the ambulance to the A&E of Perth Royal Infirmary.

I cannot speak too highly of the care and attention I received from these two young ladies.

I would like to express my gratitude on behalf of the Scottish Ambulance Service for taking the time to share your feedback. I am so sorry to hear that you were unwell and I do hope that you are feeling better. It must have been a very scary and stressful experience for you. It is great to hear positive stories about the work our wonderful staff provide. I'm especially pleased to hear that you received such high quality, timely care, friendliness and professionalism, as this is what we strive to achieve.
