I cannot praise SMH's Audiology Dept enough. The Audiologist was very thorough, and talked me through proceedings in simple terms and kept me at ease the whole time. I was seen on time on both occasions.
The only negative is that the hospital do not do ear syringing, so had to go somewhere else to have this done and make another appointment.
