"Extra special at what they do"

I had an appointment made by my Doctors Surgery a few days ago to visit our local outpatient blood services at Arbroath Infirmary, to have a blood sample taken. On arrival, the appointment could not be found so the receptionist called my surgery & after a bit of hunting around it transpired the appointment hadn't been completed properly. However, Michael said if I waited for a few minutes, he would fit me in. My wife has spoken very highly of Micheal as he's the one who usually does her bloods as she has had a lot over the past few years while undergoing cancer treatment. Michael and the team did an excellent job this afternoon and Michael is, dare I say, the best at what he does. I didn't feel a thing, and he quickly took all the samples he needed. The staff at Arbroath Infirmary Outpatient's blood services are extra special at what they do. Many thanks folks.
