"Exceptional service and care"

My latest engagement with the Buckden and Little Paxton surgeries was one of exceptional service and care.

My online triage message was dealt with speedily and urgently and I was sitting in the doctors office within one hour. The analysis of the potential severity of my condition was spot-on and highly efficient and an immediate visit to A&E at Hinchingbrooke Hospital was arranged.

The effectiveness of my visit to the surgery proved to be a major factor in my eventual recovery as my condition deteriorated during the subsequent few hours in A&E and I was eventually transferred to a ward.

The quality of care and professionalism shown by everyone within the NHS was exemplary and I feel that I may not have been able to write this note of thanks if the chain of successful events, beginning with the Buckden and Little Paxton surgery, had not been so effectively contiguous.

I also wish to thank the doctor for his compassion and care in calling myself and my wife during the day after we visited his surgery. That was an incredibly kind thing to do.
