About: South West & Southampton Division / Frailty Support Team - Lymington

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

My family and I would like to extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to all of the staff within the Lymington Frailty team!

In particular we would like to thank Jamie, Millie, Jenny and Tina who stepped in at what was an emotional and exhausting time towards the end of Mums's life.

THANK YOU

On every occasion I contacted you, your presence was reassuring and responsive and everyone went above and beyond what we would have expected, helping to reassure Mum and make her comfortable.

Thank you form the bottom of our hearts for making an awful experience much easier.
