Tried to leave a negative review of Silverdale Surgery Burgess Hill, but the review system does not allow bad reviews it seems. So I will attempt again, leaving far less information.
Silverdale will force you, or a member of staff on your behalf to use the E-Consult system, an online system owned and run by a private profit making company.
I contacted the practice manager asking if I could book an appointment or speak to my GP any other way and was told in no uncertain terms, 'no, our system is great, we love it and all the patients loves it'.
The choice and advice I was given by the practice manager was find another surgery!
