"Wonderful engineers"

(as a relative),

Husband powered w/chair needed an urgent repair, it was weekend and if it wasn't for Lindsay receptionist we would have been in trouble. A lovely engineer appeared his name David, he was kind efficient very helpful and polite he couldn't do enoug  to make sure Husband was OK and happy before he left.

He noticed chair needed new arm rests as he had none in his van he reported problem when he returned to the depot, we now have engineer coming back to mend the problem.

Company has always been very efficient when required and polite and caring.
