"Professional staff, but struggled getting appointment"

After a few false dawns with appointments being cancelled at the last minute, I called the team to chase a replacement appointment for my minor surgery. I got lucky, and was allocated a cancellation for the following afternoon. It turned out that the afternoon appointment book was empty when I had called, which if not filled, would have had the staff twiddling their thumbs all afternoon. 

The minor op went without a hitch and David and Lynda were very professional and fun. The appointment timeframe went exactly to time and I have an appointment to have to stitches removed exactly 2 weeks after the op.  Thumbs up and hoping I stay infection free.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how your visit went.

It is great we were able to fit you in at such short notice. Occasionally circumstances conspire to mean slots are allocated later than we'd like, but, just to reassure you, it is very unusual to have a vacancy by the time the clinic starts!

I am glad to hear Lynda and I were able to carry out your procedure promptly and hope the relaxed mood we aim for helped relieve any anxiety you may have felt.

Hopefully everything is progressing as planed, and you didn't find it too uncomfortable afterwards.
