"Parking app not fit for purpose"

About: Royal Surrey County Hospital

The parking app you are using currently, nexuspay, is not functioning at all as at 25 Jan. The app is a dreadful experience in comparison to its competitors already. And now it's not functioning at all. Can search for parking location, can't pay. Crashing.

Please can this be looked into.

Dear Matthew,

We are sorry to hear that you experienced problems using the Nexuspay parking app on 25 January. Our Parking team have checked for issues that might have affected the app’s usage on that date and were unable to detect any error reports. We acknowledge your experience wasn’t as we expect and apologise for this. We will continue to review the app usage to ensure experiences such as yours are not a regular occurrence. We welcome all feedback on the usability of our applications as we consider patient accessibility one of our quality priorities as a trust.
