"Worst time management"

Everytime I have an appointment I am left to wait 30 mins at least. They play the radio very loudly in the waiting room, where sick people who are already tired have to sit with the noise.

One of the receptionists is very unhelpful and wouldn't reschedule my appointment which I waited 40 mins for and was very tired and got a headache from the music they played.

I'm very unhappy with my experience and hope when appointments are booked in the future that patients can attend in a timely manner. I understand that the doctors are busy but the patients also have things to attend to.
