"My visit to the Jubilee Day Hospital Chester"

I arrived with my consent form papers from pre op visit and a bunch of nerves . I was having a GA , something not had before. 

I would like to thank everyone I met from the person on reception to all the medical team, they were professional, caring and respectful (I'm in my 70s and that matters ) . I need not have worried so much and I felt everyone in the team made the effort to treat me as though I was their most important patient . Thank you.
