(as the patient),

From the very first visit to the hospital I got 5 star care. The friendliness of every single staff member was second to none and they created a home away from home feeling. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Special mention to 

 
Emma and Lucy in the orthopedic ward 
Lisa and Keeva in the trauma ward 
Minnie who done my plasters 
Nothing was ever a bother. Thank god for the NHS. We are so so lucky to have you.
