About: Urgent Community Response / Mid Notts Urgent Community Response Team

(as a carer),

The Wife was being Washed and Dressed in the Bathroom by the Care Assisstant and Slid Forward slowly onto the Bathroom Floor out of the Comode.

It was a Soft and Steady fall,there was no apparant injuries and She did not feel any Pain.

We felt very Pleased and Relieved at the Speed of Responce and the Professional Treatment of the Urgent Responce Team,Andrea and Tony.

This has been a First Class Experience.
