first, hospital wonderful been there in the hour of need for many hundreds or thousands. had to come for urgent blood test on friday 24/01/24, wonderful, in and out within 15 minutes.
parking. not been here for months, parking, no cash, card. had card, entered details as told by machine, entered card, pressed green button,something flashed on screen, to quick to read, screen then showed out of service. had I paid or not?????
came home found parking firm details, used their pre set form entered details of what happened and awaited responce. nothing
saturday checked credit card at bank, payment not taken.
point... unable to make contact with firm to make payment. want to pay. will probably get their £40.00 fine unless hospital can send me a phone number to contact firm.
please advise hospital management, replace machines with those that take cash. thankyou. add on, had to search message and remove all capital letters. what about english grammer, has that gone now as well. roger l
