About: Urgent Community Response / Virtual Ward Service

(as the patient),

Was poorly and in hospital, and was allowed home in the care of the specialist nursing services who were to monitor/check up on me daily for around 2 weeks as I had c diff and was wanting to be monitored as was not thriving hospital.
