"Excellent care"

I was recently admitted to Ward 309 at ARI after referral from my GP. 

I was seen by a doctor within 30 minutes of arriving and investigations begun.  From everyone that I had dealings with from the doctors, nurses, porters, student nurses and hcsw's i couldn't fault a single one. 

Even though they were busy every single one had a smile on their face and nothing was too much bother.  This made a huge difference to me as I was in so much pain but knowing my care was in their hands made such a difference.

NHS staff get such a bad press at times but the staff on this ward deserve every bit of praise.  Thank you everyone involved.
