Me and my 3 girls have been getting support from the little care hub for a wee while now. We absolutely loved the wellness sessions and it's so good to get a break from our daily struggles.

We really enjoyed the soundbath and cold water therapy sessions. Laura has been absolutely amazing in supporting us as a family with my husband being terminally ill with MND. She even organised a funded break for us in a lodge before Christmas that made such a big difference to our mental health.

I'm so grateful for all the support I have been getting.
