"Excellent service from the pharmacy staff"

Regarding a telephone call on 23 Jan 2025 for the purpose of accomplishing a periodic review of medications, I would like to complement the member of the pharmacy staff who made this call. I was highly impressed with her knowledge of my several medications and medical conditions, but most especially her discussion of the pros and cons of different possibilities involved in changing some of these medications (which we decided not to do). I had several questions regarding different courses of action and side effects of the medications which she answered in a highly professional manner. She was very aware of both the medical issues involved as well as my feelings and concerns regarding my conditions. In other words, I was very impressed with both her interpersonal skills and empathy, as well as her professional knowledge.
