I was admitted with a suspected stroke and the care I received from start to finish was outstanding. Sue who seen me in A&E was kind, compassionate and explained everything thoroughly.
Spent a night in ambulatory care due to the pressures on the service, again the care was great.
When I moved to ward 11 the care and dedication was outstanding despite the challenges of being short staffed and being extremely busy.
I must say that Lorna and Katie who cared for me were exceptional. The devotion to their patients was clear and nothing was a bother. They had empathy and created a warm and friendly environment.
Simone and Caitlin the CSW’s were also outstanding. Always a smile, cheerful despite the demands on them.
Despite a worrying time the staff put me at ease and kept me updated at all times!
