I visited taddington road surgery on the 20th January after initially speaking to reception staff for an appointment. I was treated with the utmost respect by reception staff, not only over the telephone but at the surgery too. Very friendly as always service with a smile. The doctor (lh) was brilliant he took the time to listen to me and explained everything with me and has taken me on the right path for my health care. Cannot fault this Dr whatsoever. The NHS is under enormous pressure which is not down to Drs surgeries and we need to remember to be kind to staff who are under enormous pressure at a difficult time. Thank you so much to you all

Thank you Liz for the lovely comments you have made about our reception staff and the doctor (LH) you consulted with, this is much appreciated and I have shared your feedback with the whole practice team. It is good to receive positive feedback about the practice and the service we provide to our patients.

Thank you for acknowledging the fact that the NHS is under pressure, which patients aren't always aware of. Despite the restraints and pressures that we are under, we make every effort to provide excellent care to our patients. Kindness goes a long way, but unfortunately this isn't always shown to our staff.
