"Excellent service with friendly care and attention"

I just wanted to let others know about the exceptional service and professional care that I received at Beech Hall Wellbeing and Treatment Centre in Belfast in late January.

It was the first podiatrist appointment that I’ve ever had at that facility and the care that I received was second to none. The podiatrist that assessed and looked after me was Claire, who simply excelled at her job. Her friendly and personable manner made me feel totally at ease during a visit that I was quite apprehensive about and wasn’t looking forward to at all.

She also spoke very clearly and explained every aspect of my diagnosis in simple terms that I could understand, which was especially welcomed due to my hearing and sight impairments. I even learned several important points from her about my arthritis and neuroma ailments that I had not been aware of previously.

I can’t thank her enough for putting my worries to rest and leaving me with a plan to move forward with my medical conditions and some optimism for the future. It was a 5-Star service throughout - thank you so much!
