"Made to feel safe and secure"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I was greeted well on arrival and made to feel safe and secure by all the staff in contact with me. The procedure was explained well and I understood what I was being told. The procedure itself, whilst uncomfortable, was quick and straightforward. The aftercare in the recovery ward was very good. The results were clearly explained, with concern about aftercare at home. My comfort and safety were considered at all times. Thank you to all the staff.
