"Excellent service from frailty team"

About: Victoria Hospital / Geriatric Assessment

(as a relative),

My 91 year old father was admitted to Victoria hospital Kirkcaldy. He is blind and deaf and was complaining of constant exhaustion.

My family can’t thank Louise (ANP Frailty Team) enough for the excellent service she has provided. Not only did she spend time listening to my Dad but also spent time with me to help me understand his needs.

He’s now home with a care package and life is better for us all. Thank you Louise, a job well done.

Dear whiskeywz85

Thank you so much for your kind words. It was truly a privilege to support your father and your family during his time in hospital. Providing compassionate and person-centered care is at the heart of what I do, and I’m so pleased that our interventions have made a positive difference for you all. This is the standard we strive to deliver for all our frail patients, ensuring they receive the care and support they need. Wishing your father continued comfort at home.

Kindest Regards

Louise Oliver
