Unhappy with the new app that we now have to book appointments on. Not easier. Don't want to see you face to face anymore not willing to give you more time to see the doctor. Asked for a double appointment and was refused. No option to pick the doctor you have been dealing with.
How can you see someone's health over the phone!! This is why so many serious health conditions are missed. I work full time and this app has now made it a 100 times harder to book in an appointment.
Also the receptionists are always chatting away regarding none work issues. While people are waiting to be seen.
I am thinking of changing doctors, to a surgery that actually cares.
Finally booked an appointment but had to go down to the practice. Just kept saying I need to go on the app. What about the people who do not have access to this ??
Borderline povertyism- discrimination against people who can not afford to access the app.
