My son broke his collar bone when coming home from school as he slipped on ice and we took him to Larbert A&E where he was seen straight away no long queues. We were seen by Jade initially and she put my son at ease even when cutting of his school jumper to examine him. Jade noticed straight away that things were not as they should be and got us seen straight away. All in all we were in and out of the hospital in under 1 hour. We are so grateful to Jade and the other staff for making our visit stress free.
