"Nurse "

I had today appointment with nurse(unfortunately I don't know her name ). However I would like to leave feedback to her . Maybe she will remember me, but I wanted the surgery to recognise her hard work. My ear was blocked and needed to be checked as per receptionist statement over the phone. This nurse looked at my ear and offered me if I want she can syringe them and I agreed . She might remember me as vax lady :D as she stated she never had pt with so much vax in ears and she was surprised how could I hear at all ... once she fixed problem I was very happy and ready to leave. Then she saw in system that my smear test is due and offered to sort that out too! Obviously, I am so pleased , I managed to do that too and get out of my way . She aslo double checked if my coil is not out of date. Such a caring person she is and deserve 10 out of 10! Wish more people like her could love their job how does she. I wish I could ask her name, but if she reads this she might remember! Thank you so much for your help and being so kind to me !
