From the Clerical Team, to the Care Assistants and then to the Radiologists - everyone had a smile and took time to make me feel welcomed at ease. Everything was explained well and didn't feel rushed. Staff were able to quickly adapt their practice when informed of my sensory impairment and this information was passed on to relevant team members so they knew to explain instructions whilst I still had hearing aids in, before needing to take them off to go in the CT scanner. We are so lucky to have a local hospital to go to these things. Can't thank you all enough š„°
