"Horrible "

I came with my 3year old son for an appointment which was at 4.10pm and came late 10minutes because I had to collect him from nursery by myself because his mother was in hospital because of morning accident. I explain that to miss on the reception but she refused to let me see a doctor with my son. He was waiting more than a week for this appointment which he need to attend to pass him to see other specialists. But they said it is 10min late and they not gonna let me in. It’s not a first time when they refusing health care for my child. Some time they say go to hospital some time they say they will call back but they forgetting. This is a worst gp- health care place I ever meet . And finally they pushed me to resign from their service permanently.
