My son, who has ADHD, was referred to  Community Dental in LPCC as he was extremely anxious about having a filling done.  From start to finish Lauren and Janeen were fantastic, putting him at ease and explaining everything that would happen. My son was able to have several familiarisation appointments which were crucial to building up his trust.  This meant that on the day, despite his anxiety, he was able to complete the procedure.  Lauren really listened to my son and was very patient and reassuring in answering his questions - she really took the time to work with him and his needs. As a working single parent, I was also very grateful that the staff were able to be as flexible as possible when scheduling appointments. Thank you for such excellent, compassionate care!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write your story - we are so pleased that both you and your son had such a positive experience with Lauren, Janine and the Community Dental Team in Lisburn. It means a great deal to them to know that your son felt he was heard, and that he was able to build up confidence and courage and succeed in getting his treatment completed.

I’ve had great pleasure in sharing your feedback for the team, it’s lovely to know that they were able to help.
