My family and I wished to express our deep gratitude to all the hardworking staff of CAH ED for the care they gave my father following his admission on Christmas Day. From the friendly greeting at reception right through the 3 nights he spent in ED green area every staff member exhibited the utmost professionalism and kindness in all that they did. Despite the unrelenting pressures they face my father received wonderful treatment and as a family we were kept fully informed of his progress. The many staff we encountered are too numerous to mention individually but each one is a credit to their profession and the Trust they represent.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience of the emergency department at Craigavon Area Hospital. It is so lovely to hear that despite his delay in being transferred to an in-patient ward he received wonderful care from the ED team. I will share your kind comments with the whole team working in the department. I hope your father is recovering well.
