"they're all lovely"

About: Integrated Care / Community / Community Neurorehabilitation Service / CNRS

(as the patient),

I was refered to the CNRS when my mobility or 'recovery' went downhill, to see if more physio would help get me back on track.

Turns out it was more than a bit of physio.

And will be 'hydro with Carol in a few months, i cant wait for that, especially if it has the effect that i think it will.

Ive had Leeanne giving me the tools i need to handle my fatigue when it hits.

And Alex, who within days of meeting him has made my life at home so so so much better with a few more aids and adaptations and i am absolutely so thankful to him, theyre all lovely.

Good morning,

Thank you for sharing your feedback about the care you received from the Community Neurorehabilitation Service (CNRS). I am so pleased to read that the support you received from the physiotherapist has been beneficial and has given you some self-management tips at home.

The hydrotherapy support is indeed invaluable, and it does have a positive impact for those who attend.

I have shared your feedback with the team lead as I know they will appreciate hearing about the impact the care has had for you and will ensure the wider team is aware too. I wish you well with your continued treatment.

Kind regards,

Aoife Isherwood

Patient Experience Team
