"Birth of rainbow baby"

An extremely quick 2 hour labour was assisted by midwife Christie. I was anxious, given a slightly traumatic birth previously and with this labour progressing so quickly I was worried throughout. Christie was warm, empathetic and extremely calm. She offered reassurance physically and verbally and was genuinely an angel. I had the most beautiful birthing experience thanks to her.

I had left a gift but wanted to share a care opinion as working in the nhs myself I know how appreciated these are. Christie is an absolute credit to the nhs and midwifery. Anyone who is in her care is extremely lucky and in the best hands… I am so glad our paths crossed that morning and you helped birth our beautiful rainbow girl into the world for us. Forever grateful for you Christie!
