"Staff listen and are helpful"

About: Marden Medical Practice

Really grateful to reception staff who listen and show understanding and are pro-actively helpful. My elderly mother recently moved into the area and had a new patient consultation and medication review. I accompanied my mother to her first appointment; the GP was so very kind and took time to patiently listen, explaining matters simply and effectively, demonstrated great empathy and offered practical advice and solutions with efficiency. It’s so important to feel listened to and my mother is reassured by the care the practice provides. Thank you.
