"Nothing but respect and admiration for the all the staff"

About: Whiteabbey Hospital / Pre-Assessment Unit

(as a service user),

I was in Whiteabbey hospital  for a pre op assessment Louise was my nurse she made me feel relaxed as soon as I went in and sat down.

She ask me all the questions in a really professional way and very kind in the way she ask them. Any questions I had she answered.

People complain about the NHS but I have nothing but respect and admiration for the all the staff.

Hi Shiff99,

My name is Marie Devlin and I am the manager of pre op assessment.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give such positive feedback. The staff all work very hard to ensure that each patients experience is personal to them and I am extremely proud of them all. We understand that patients can be very apprehensive about their surgery and anaesthetic and we try to allay any fears or worries that they may have.

I will pass on your kind compliments to Louise, she will be delighted.

I wish you well with your pending surgery and a speedy recovery.

Marie
